Fitness pals- I’m having a (problem?) with my HR during a workout. Do any of you reach this high of a max HR when exercising? I had a friend tell me it is completely abnormal but I shoot up to 180-190’s quickly in working out.
I smoked for probably 8-9 years and just recently quit (4 months ago). Could this just be a factor in it and as I work out more it will lower?
Any info is appreciated!
